Omni-directional wheeled mobile robot developed on basis of a special Mecanum wheel structure and velocity vector synthesis technologies.
Through controls over rotation speed and directions on different wheel groups, the platform can realize, without steering mechanism, forwarding, backing, lateral, oblique and rotating movement along any continuous track.
The equipment is featured by its omnidirectional mobility and flexible movement and enjoys obvious superiority to traditional rotating equipment.
In places with limited space, its zero turning radius allows to move freely. In situations where docking is required, it can move in all directions and complete docking process quickly, significantly improving docking efficiency. In situations where precise positioning and high precision trajectory tracking is required, it can realize fine adjustment to its position by using the omnidirectional mobility features.
